with your friends in the late afternoon, between
lunch, where bread and salami cannot lack..."
To summarize, it’s a kind
of tea where you can taste home cheese and salamis,
peppers in bagna caoda (it’s a sauce with
olive oil, garlic and anchovies), anchovies with
focaccine (flat bread made with olive oil and
salt) cooked in wood oven, and to finish a little
dessert. Naturally, the wine can not lack !!!
For your particular recurrences,
we accept advice in order in integrate the snack,
for instance adding some courses.
In the summer, the garden and a
light wind will better your banquets, and they
will also make you enjoy the beauty of the country.
If you want, the snack might be accompanied by
some local wines.
